A quick to prepare supper, of white fish cooked with cheese and vegetables.

Cooking Time: 30 mins
Herbs and Spices Required:
1/2 tsp Fish Seasoning
2 fillets of white fish
1 glass medium sherry
1 small onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
4 oz / 110g grated cheese
Herbs and Spices as listed above
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F / gas mark 4
Place fish in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the fish seasoning, sherry, sliced onion and sliced tomatoes. Cover with the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 30 mins.
