Fish 'Portuguese'
A quick to prepare supper, of white fish cooked with cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients
2 fillets of white fish1 glass medium sherry
1 small onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
4 oz / 110g grated cheese
Herbs & Spices
1/2 tsp Fish SeasoningCooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F / gas mark 4Place fish in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the fish seasoning, sherry, sliced onion and sliced tomatoes. Cover with the grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 30 mins.
