Lavender Vinegar

A delicately flavoured vinegar. Use to flavour fruit salads Makes an unusual Christmas present.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes, plus 4 - 6 weeks infusion time
Ingredients
20 fl oz / 1 pint / 570 g white distilled vinegar
Herbs & Spices
1 1/2 tbsp Lavender
Cooking Instructions
Place the vinegar and the lavender flowers in a clean class bottle and seal. Leave to infuse for 4 - 6 weeks before using.

To use, drizzle a little over a fruit salad. The amount you use will depend on your own personal tastes.
