Raspberry and Cinnamon Sauce

8 oz / 225 g fresh raspberries
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Herbs & Spices
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Ground
Cooking Instructions
Puree the raspberries. Add the icing sugar (more if you prefer a sweeter sauce) and the cinnamon.

Serve with raspberry and cinnamon torte
