8 oz / 225 g fresh raspberries1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp Cinnamon GroundCooking Instructions
Puree the raspberries. Add the icing sugar (more if you prefer a sweeter sauce) and the cinnamon.Serve with raspberry and cinnamon torte
