A mixture of spices used to give an aromatic flavour to hot mulled wine.
Green Cuising Mulling Spices contain cinnamon orange peel, cloves and allspice.
To make Hot Mulled Wine place one heaped tablespoon of Mulling Spice in a saucepan and add a bottle of red wine. Bring to boiling point and remove immediately from the heat. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Reheat, strain into a jug. Serve and enjoy!
