Together with Fines Herbes and Herbes de Provence, Bouquet Garni is one of the classic herb mixtures of French cuisine. It contains Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley and Bay Leaves.
Traditionally the herbs would be added to a dish tied up in a muslin pouchette which would be removed before serving.
Green Cuisine Bouquet Garni is packed in a tea bag containing about one teaspoon of the mixture.
The flavour compliments meat or tomato based dish.
