Also known as : Tandoori Masala
To use, cut the meat (lamb, beef or chicken) into 2 inch strips. Make a paste from the Tandoori Masala and water and rub over the meat. Leave for 2 hours. Remove any excess paste, place the meat on a greased baking tray and cook in a hot oven until the meat is tender.
Green Cuisine Tandoori Masala does not contain any artificial colouring.
