An easy to make soothing, caffeine-free tea.
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Herbs and Spices Required:
1 tsp Chamomile
Lemon juice (optional)
Herbs and Spices as listed above
Put 1 tsp of chamomile flowers and leaves in a tea diffuser (or in the bottom of a cup if you don't have one of these). Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to steep for up to 5 minutes, depending on taste. Remove the diffuser or strain the tea when required strength is reached.
Sweeten with a little honey if desired. Or, try with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
