A mixture of herbs and spices suited to the stir-fry method of Thai cooking.

When making a stir-fry use one teaspoon per two persons. Fry in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil before adding the other ingredients.

The principal ingredient in Green Cuisine Thai Stir Fry are lemon grass and lime leaves.
