Lime Leaves (Kaffir Leaves)

The dried leaves of the Kaffir tree, indigenous to South East Asia. It should not be confused with leaves from the European Lime (Linden) tree.

Much used in Thai and Indonesian cuisine, lime leaves impart a strong, aromatic lime flavour to stir fry and water based dishes.

Use whole and remove before serving or use ground.
